Status of Corporate Governance

The Company has a short history since its establishment and is a developing company. In this stage, we regard it is an important issue to establish an organizational structure capable of responding quickly and flexibly to changes in the management environment along with efforts to improve management efficiency. To this end, we are endeavoring to strengthen and enhance our corporate governance structure in order to achieve the sustained growth of our corporate value.
